MEET THE TEAM

The firm is composed of highly qualified and experienced corporate finance professionals, led by a seasoned investment banker with business relationships built and cultivated over three decades in the industry.
The network and collective experience of GIV Capital’s senior executives provides strategic direction to the firm’s engagements.    GIV Capital has a full complement of young and highly motivated finance professionals who are eager to gain investment banking exposure.  The Firm’s deal associates and analysts, staffed across several engagements, are deeply involved in managing  the due diligence process, developing complex financial models and comprehensive information memoranda, and preparation of presentations to clients and other deal counterparts.  The principals strive to cultivate a millennial-friendly culture of inclusivity and close collaboration, breaking away from rigid structures that often tend to distance junior professionals from the action.
